What You’ll Do:
- You’ll do what you love! Working with hair for a wide range of premium clients with a fantastic mentor
- Provide an exceptional and luxurious experience to all clients
- Maintain the superior presentation of your work space and learn best practices
- Serve as a role model by exemplifying professionalism, integrity, and positivity while adhering to company policy and procedures
- Uphold the Nurtur Core Values and Behaviors and Aveda Success Factors
Who You Are:
- A talented stylist with a keen eye for detail
- Exemplify ambition, resourcefulness, the ability to prioritize and multitask, and professionalism in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Be passionate about providing exceptional client experience
What You’ll Bring:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent, Bachelor’s degree a plus
- Active Cosmetology license; continuing education maintained
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed
