Job Title: Used Car Manager Overview: Join our team as a Used Car salesperson and play a pivotal role in sales operations of our dealership's pre-owned vehicles. As a Used Car salesperson, you will be responsible for managing the sales pipeline, negotiating deals, and ensuring effective communication within the sales team. If you have a passion for sales and possess strong organizational skills, this role offers an exciting opportunity to lead our retail sales efforts. Duties: - Manage the sales process for used cars, including pricing strategies, trade-ins, and financing options - Negotiate deals with customers to maximize sales profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction - Oversee the dealership's inventory of pre-owned vehicles and ensure proper merchandising - Collaborate with the sales team to drive performance and achieve sales targets - Utilize cold calling techniques to generate leads and expand the customer base - Conduct public speaking engagements to promote dealership offerings and attract potential buyers Skills: - Proven experience in negotiating deals and managing dealership operations - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams - Proficiency in sales pipeline management and strategic planning - Organizational abilities to streamline processes and optimize sales performance - Previous experience in retail sales, particularly in the automotive industry, is preferred - Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus for engaging with diverse customer demographics If you are a results-driven individual with a passion for automotive sales, possess excellent negotiation skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply for the Used Car Manager position. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $16.66 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week

Schedule:
