General Hours: 8:00 AM- 1:00 PM EST (7 days per week)

REQUIRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- MD or DO degree is required.
- Providers to be domiciles in Florida or within 50 miles of the Florida border.
CERTIFICATION, LICENSURE, and/or REGISTRATIONS:
- Board eligible is required.
- Board certified and trained in Psychiatry is required within 5 years of start date.
