Responsibilities:
- Assessing clients' needs and developing treatment plans.
- Providing direct therapeutic care to clients, including physical exercises and therapies.
- Coordinating PT services and communicating with healthcare teams.
- Evaluating clients' progress and revising treatment plans as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.
- Current Oklahoma license as a Physical Therapist.
- Five (5) years of full-time physical therapy work experience.
