Education/ Certification/Licensure:
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.
- Oklahoma license as a Physical Therapist.
- BLS certification (or obtained within 30 days of hire).
Experience:
- Five years of full-time physical therapy work experience; supervisory experience preferred.
