- Administering patient care and special procedures using unique skills/training.
- Coordinating PT services and providing direct therapeutic care to clients.
- Developing and revising plans of care based on client needs, diagnosis, and physician orders.
- Formulating and implementing teaching plans to promote client independence and safety.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.
- Current Oklahoma license as a Physical Therapist.
- Five (5) years of full-time physical therapy work experience.
