Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Customer Service Technician to join our healthcare team. Duties
- Provide excellent customer service to our facilities by addressing inquiries, concerns, and needs in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of call logs, clarification requests and corrects from each facility.
- Collaborate with pharmacy technicians to ensure seamless medication management and distribution.
- Utilize medical terminology effectively to communicate with healthcare staff.
- Uphold the highest standards of patient care while demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
Requirements
- NCBOP registration and certification is required. CPhT is preferred.
- Previous experience as a pharmacy technician
- long term care pharmacy experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology is essential for effective communication within the healthcare team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on patient care
- Must be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
