What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Coordinator position at Avenger Flight Group?
Avenger Flight Group (AFG) is seeking a full-time Customer Service Coordinator for the front office of our Flight Training Center. Hours are Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm.
Our ideal candidate will be friendly, organized, and presentable for a business setting. In this position, you will greet our customers, direct them appropriately, communicate schedule changes, and attend to their needs or questions. You will also answer the phone, route calls, order office and breakroom supplies, maintain an orderly front desk and conference room, and generally provide outstanding service to our customers.
Requirements:
- Previous receptionist experience in an office environment
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office Suite
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written
- Highly organized, able to multitask, prioritize, and work well under pressure
- Excellent customer service skills, with a proactive approach to dealing with problems
- High level of patience, understanding and tact
- Team player, willing to roll up sleeves and do whatever needs to be done
