Worksite Arrangement : Hybrid 2-3days / week in office
Salary : $60,000 annually benefits!

Schedule : M-F, 8am-5pm CT
Overview :
Avenica is currently evaluating talent for an Account Manager in the logistics and transportation industry. G reat opportunities for long-term growth! This person will be responsible for building and maintaining strong B2B client relationships and manage consistent reporting to host QBRs, assist with client requests, as well as frequent collaboration with internal teams.
Responsibilities :
- Respond to customer and carrier inquiries accurately, following procedures and using internal systems to ensure a smooth experience and clarity for other internal teams on additional support needed
- Provide top-tier support by addressing account-related service questions and delivering timely, effective solutions
- Communicate consistently with customers to build and maintain strong working relationships strong written, phone, and email communication are keys for success
- Track, follow-up, and resolve any outstanding account-related inquiries that may be related to inventory, delivery timing, order compliance, etc.
- Prepare documentation and reports for client accounts to manage and host Quarterly Business Reviews in-person and virtually
