This person will be responsible for providing service to clients through effective communication as well as collaboration with internal teams. Great opportunities for long-term growth in the company!Responsibilities : Maintain timely communication and relationships with insurance agents and carriers on policy inquiries or service requestsOrganize and manage electronic filesAssist with the preparation and submission of tax filingsHandle processing of policy updates, including endorsements and cancellationsReview and verify accuracy of policies to maintain compliance and quality standardsSupport the sales team by logging and organizing new business. This position is not a sales position, but supports the sales team by helping to set up new clients for success!Requirements : 2 years of client-facing experience in a fast-paced office environmentInterest in and comfortability building and maintaining strong client relationshipsMust be legally authorized to work in the US, Avenica is not able to provide sponsorship at this timeHigh School Diploma or equivalent requiredStrong customer service and communication skillsStrong organization skills and attention to detailStrong technical skillsWill be required to obtain FL insurance license within 6 months of hire, cost and training supported by the company upon starting the role! No sales required in this position this role supports the sales team with account related tasks with new and existing clients.
