Overview:

Avenica is evaluating talent for a Claims Adjuster. This search is a talent pipeline for upcoming openings, as we are always looking to have conversations with candidates in the area who may be interested in and align with this opportunity. The ideal candidate for this position is interested in gaining experience in business, client relations, and insurance. No experience required.

Responsibilities of the Claims Adjuster:

• Assist customers with their claims, providing them with a fast and stress-free experience
• Write and review estimates and supplements for accuracy and liability based on inspection, photos, videos
• Work with service providers and clients to reconcile claims
• Use data and analytics to solve problems and help accomplish team goals by sharing your opinions and ideas

A Successful Claims Adjuster:

• Has an interest in pursuing a career in insurance
• Has a passion for providing a great customer experience
• Has the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
• Has confidence in their prioritization and time management skills

Requirements of the Claims Adjuster:

• Remote but must reside within ~15 miles of Keene, NH
• Ability to provide customer service experience from problem to resolution
• Ability to prioritize work and time management skills
• Strong, clear, and professional communication – both written and verbal
• Ability to use a personal computer for work
• Must be legally authorized to work for any employer in the US; Avenica is unable to provide sponsorship at this time
