- Base Salary : $200K managerial base salary

Key Responsibilities :
Market Expansion & Revenue Growth : Formulate and implement strategies aimed at increasing revenue, enhancing market share, and maximizing profits.Team Building & Development : Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of brokers and support staff.Mentorship & Training : Provide guidance and professional development for junior brokers, cultivating a culture of growth and learning.Client Acquisition & Retention : Drive client acquisition initiatives, present new business opportunities, and maintain enduring client relationships for sustainable revenue growth.Financial Oversight : Assist in the budget formulation, manage expenditure, and provide in-depth financial reporting to corporate leadership and board members.Operational Leadership : Manage daily operations, ensuring excellence in service delivery and operational efficiency.Requirements :
Broker's License : Active real estate broker's license in relevant state(s), or a commitment to acquiring one within a specified timeframe.Experience : Extensive background in market expansion, team leadership, and industrial real estate transactions.Communication Skills : Outstanding written and verbal communication skills are essential, with the ability to convey complex information effectively to clients and stakeholders.Travel Requirements : Willingness to travel regularly within DC and Virginia to support team operations and foster client relationships.Flexibility : Ability to adapt to a flexible work schedule as required to fulfill business and client needs.Additional Qualifications :
