Job Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repair work on vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and more.
- Use diagnostic tools and technical resources to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
- Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols to deliver high-quality, efficient service.
- Maintain accurate service records and communicate findings and recommendations to service advisors or team leads.
- Stay current on manufacturer guidelines, tools, and technology through continuous learning and development.
Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience in a technician or maintenance role preferred (automotive dealership experience a plus), and/or passionate about cars.
- Some roles require zero technician experience with training provided, but critical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Certain roles require technical training or certifications (e.g., ASE, OEM training).
- Comfortable using diagnostic equipment, hand tools, and shop technology.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and commitment to quality work.
