Key Responsibilities

Portfolio Strategy Development :

  • Develop and implement investment strategies that align with the company’s financial goals and risk tolerance.
  • Conduct detailed market research and data analysis to identify investment opportunities.

Portfolio Oversight :

  • Monitor portfolio performance regularly and adjust allocations to optimize returns and mitigate risks.
  • Ensure diversification and compliance with regulatory and internal risk management policies.

    • Market Analysis and Research :

  • Analyze market trends, macroeconomic indicators, and sector dynamics to inform investment decisions.
  • Evaluate new asset classes and financial instruments for inclusion in portfolios.

    • Stakeholder Communication :

  • Prepare detailed performance reports and present findings to senior management and clients.
  • Communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and global partners.

    • Risk Management :

  • Identify and mitigate portfolio risks, including interest rate, credit, and liquidity risks.
  • Implement quantitative tools and analytics to monitor risk exposure and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA designation preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in portfolio management, investment analysis, or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial instruments, asset allocation strategies, and risk management techniques.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and analytics tools (e.g., Bloomberg, Python, Excel).
  • Fluency in both Mandarin and English is preferred to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
