LPN - Full-time and Part-time We are seeking experienced LPNs to join our Chandler team. Full-time and Part-time -12 hour shifts 7:00am - 7:00pm / 7:00pm - 7:00am. Our LPN's play an important role in the lives of the seniors we serve and are a key member of our team, adhering to Avenir's policy and procedures and upholding Avenir's mission, philosophy and values. Responsibilities:(include but not limited to) Providing direct nursing care to our residents Delegate and supervise the care provided by our Caregivers Administer medication, perform treatments and procedures, obtain specimens as needed and complete documentation as required. Salary : $59,000 - $75,000
