Summary: The role of Administrative/Dental Assistant will be responsible for providing the patient with high quality care by performing a variety of office, laboratory, and patient care duties. This is a wonderful opportunity for the right candidate to live in a beautiful Caribbean Island and earn a tax-free living at a high-end medical spa!
The functions of this role will include but not be limited to the following duties and responsibilities:
- Stock control and ordering - Dental equipment and stock
- Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure seamless functionality, including scheduling, facility management, and inventory oversight.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize workflows and minimize patient wait times.
- Performing patient check outs
- Providing patient aftercare
- Assisting the management with administrative tasks
- Providing support to the aesthetics, laser and dental team
The incumbent must have the following skills and experience:
- A-Level or Equivalent
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a healthcare or medi-spa setting
- Ensuring that equipment and instruments are sterilised appropriately.
- Collecting medical histories and maintaining health records of patients.
- Working to a professional code of ethics and keeping up to date with recent developments within the industry
- Enthusiasm and willingness to learn new skills.
- Team player
- Dedication to creating a compassionate, welcoming, and efficient healthcare environment.
- In a position to relocate to Grand Cayman
