Essential Duties:
- Work with senior Operations leadership to identify step-change opportunities for improvement, including development of business cases, measures of success, tactical requirements, and eventual permanent ownership for handoff post implementation.
- Lead cross-functional teams to align project goals with broader organizational objectives, ensuring clear communication and shared accountability across departments.
- Serve as a central liaison between various aspects of the Operations group, as well as IT, Product Management, Go-to-Market, and other key departments as required.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and outcomes through clear alignment of roles, communication of project goals, progress, and risks, and managing executive buy-in for critical initiatives.
- Develop and implement strategies for project planning, scope definition, and execution while managing competing priorities and resource constraints.
- Provide strategic leadership in resolving conflicts, addressing barriers to success, and fostering a culture of collaboration.
- Monitor program budgets and timelines, ensuring financial goals are met and resources are effectively utilized.
- Champion professional development and mentorship opportunities for team members, focusing on cultivating leadership and project management capabilities.
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive communication and training plans for project launches
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills to influence, motivate, and build consensus among diverse stakeholders
- Strong expertise in project and program management methodologies, with a focus on strategic planning and cross-departmental initiatives.
- Knowledge of Supply chain and distribution optimization, improving efficiency through automation, scheduling, layout, scrap reduction, OEE improvement, and how to translate into vendor qualification & QC procedures
- Understand non-strategic activities in the value chain that can be better performed by a third party and how to reliably lift & shift
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, including ability to communicate at the executive level
- Operations capacity planning, throughput analysis, and efficiency improvements across both human and material capital
- Ability to digest complex problems, make recommendations, and develop practical solutions and actions.
- Proficient in conflict resolution, risk management, and decision-making in complex organizational structures.
- Deep understanding of organizational dynamics and the ability to navigate change within and across departments.
- Proficiency in leveraging project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar platforms for tracking and reporting.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 10 Years of Business Operations experience to include the following:
- Project management, business operations, or related
- Consulting experience with implementation results
- Managing a team
- Proven experience identifying and leading implementation of complex transformation initiatives across multiple environments with a focus on scalability, sustainability, and change management.
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex business problems and formulate data-driven recommendations.
- Able to travel up to 20%
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
- 5 years of experience in Telecom, VoIP infrastructure or related industry
- Experience and knowledge in end-to-end services associated with network engineering, software deployment and infrastructure implementation and maintenance
- Experience with service delivery of consumer products & services
- Six Sigma certification(s)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to: stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and a variety of office equipment.
