Job Purpose :
Reporting to the 3PL Sr Operations Manager. The Supply Chain Planner is responsible for leading business strategies and processes including analyzing Supply Chain related activities, process improvement, inventory control and 3PL activities.
THIS IS A HYBRID POSITION, 3-4 DAYS PER WEEK WILL BE IN THE OFFICE WITH THE REMAINDER REMOTE.
Responsibilities
Essential Duties :
Utilize various analytical tools and methodologies to analyze supply chain data.Responsible for maintaining KPIs and providing insights into supply chain performance.Provides direction to identify sales trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement based on data analysis.Proactively communicates and problems solves with internal customers regarding current and future business opportunities.Responsible for developing and maintaining inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and minimize shortages or excess inventory.Responsible for monitoring inventory levels and analyzing demand patterns to ensure timely replenishment and minimize stockouts.Responsible for Identifying process inefficiencies and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and drive cost savings.Assess and communicate to leadership potential risks within the supply chain, including disruptions in supply, transportation, or demand fluctuations.Lead and collaborate with Procurement, Account Management, Project Management, Field Service, and Sales to align supply chain activities with business objectives.Escalate and problem solve issues to Manager for efficient solution pathKnowledge, Skills, & Abilities :

Minimum Qualifications :
High school diploma or GEDHighly proficient in Microsoft Office Ex. Advanced Excel5 years of experience in supply chainPreferred Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in business or related fieldExperience in demand / supply planning / Order fulfillment / 3PL process experience.8 years preferred experience in supply chainPhysical Requirements :
