What are the responsibilities and job description for the Per Diem Facility Transport Driver position at Aventura at Assumption Village?
Aventura at Assumption Village is looking for a Per Diem Transport Driver!
Responsibilities:
- Assist/load residents into transport van
- Take residents to and from doctors appointments, activity outings, etc.
- Work directly with floor nurses/unit managers to schedule appointments, reschedule appointments, confirm appointments
- Complete pre-check, post-check, and weekly vehicle inspections
Requirements:
- Must possess a current and active OH Driver's License with no traffic violations
- Complete required facility driver training to be added to facility insurance
- STNA license preferred, but not required
