Aventura at Assumption Village is looking to add a Per Diem LPN to our facility!
We have 12 hour shifts available : 6 : 30A-7P and 6 : 30P-7A

Shift pick up incentives / bonus's
HUGE RATE INCREASE $28-$30.50 per hour based off of experience.
Shift differentials for afternoon ($1.50) and midnight shift ($3.00).
Medical / Vision / Dental insurance that goes into effect on the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment.
Responsibilities include :
Provide nursing services to residents while promoting the highest level of well-being.
Direct supervision of day to day functions of STNAs.
Prepare and administer medications as ordered by the physician
Attend all required training, in-service, and staff meetings
Demonstrate excellent literacy and writing, documentation, communication and interpersonal abilities.
Requirements :
Must hold a Nursing Degree from an accredited program or college / university
A current, unencumbered, active Ohio LPN license and current CPR.
Salary : $28 - $31
