Qualifications
- Experience in the Department of health survey process
- Experience in a Skilled Nursing environment and Life Safety is Required
- Must have 2-3 years’ experience as a Physical Plant Manager or Maintenance Director
- Current experience in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing and Life Safety for a Skilled Nursing Facility or healthcare environment
- Knowledge of Local, State and Federal regulations and the survey process

Responsibilities
- Maintenance Director Full-time Day Shift Mon-Fri
- As the Maintenance Director , you will oversee all the maintenance needs of our long-term care facility
- Oversee the maintenance, preventive maintenance, and repair of all equipment within the facility
- Regular inspections of the facility for safety, upkeep, appearance, and equipment performance
- Provide oversight of the maintenance, repairs and ensure contracted services are completed in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with regulations as they relate to the Life Safety Codes and OSHA guidelines
- Ability to be “on-call” for emergency situations
- Perform other job-related duties as they become required
