Immediately Hiring Floor Tech for 1st Shift (7 : 30a-4 : 00p)
Starting Rate : $15.00

Floor Technician Responsibilities :
Cleaning hallways, common areas and other areas.
Moving furniture before and after cleaning.
Cleaning, dusting, mopping, stripping and waxing floors.
Labeling chemicals correctly.
Responsible for cleaning, maintaining, and repairing hard flooring equipment.
To scrub, polish, and wax flooring of all types during full- and part-time work shifts.
Daily cleaning and sanitizing of resident rooms, lobbies, sitting, office, dining areas, and all furniture
Ensure all equipment is clean and in working condition at all times
Dust mopping and damp mopping floors
Collecting trash from the units and for the proper disposal of the trash in an outside container
Lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 lbs.
Qualifications for Floor Tech
Ability to understand and follow procedures, work assignments, instructions, warnings, and labels
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
Adequate strength and endurance to meet the strenuous physical demands of such responsibilities as loading and unloading washers and dryers; coordination necessary to fold clothing items and linen
Color vision to ascertain stains and separate colored garments from white
