Valid Licensed Practical Nurse / LPN license required

Job Responsibilities
- This role is supervisory, and a mixture of sedentary and physical work is required.
- The schedule for this position would be 5 days / week (11 : 00 pm-7 : 30 am ALTERNATING WEEKENDS)
- LPN supervisor's night shift responsibilities include but are not limited to :
Staffing – Finding coverage and covering the floor as needed when nurses call off.
Auditing : Crash Cart
Glucometer logs
O2 tubing changes
Daily admissions
Daily incident reports
Daily Shower documentation
Providing staff education and disciplines as needed.
Infection Prevention or backup IP (must be willing to obtain)
Monitor charting compliance for nurses and aides (MAR, TAR, Skilled, POC)
Enforce daily weights
Monitor reordering of medications
