What are the responsibilities and job description for the Housekeeping aide position at Aventura at Oakwood Village?
Aventura at Oakwood Village -
FT; 3 : 00pm - 11 : 00pm; Monday - Friday
This position will work in both housekeeping and laundry. Maintain a safe, clean environment. Clean / polish all furnishings / fixtures.
Clean / sanitize bathrooms. Sweep, dust / damp mop and disinfect. Vacuum, shampoo carpets. Clean walls, ceilings, hallways, stairways, and elevators.
Properly dispose of regular and infectious waste / trash. Prepare vacant rooms for occupancy; make the bed. Assure Resident Rights are followed.
Clean doors (inside and out) and windows. Wash blinds, cubicle curtains and draperies. Willing to learn new procedures and work in the Laundry area.
Performs all cleaning functions in assigned areas.
