    • Shifts Available : day shift

    Some Duties and Responsibilities for Registered Nurse / LPN Unit Managers :

  • Work with all departments and personnel to ensure comprehensive care, treatment, and environment meet our superior standards.
  • Provide professional guidance, supervision, and encouragement to professional and non-professional staff.
  • Assumes nursing administrative responsibilities of the facility for weekend and holiday coverage as requested.
  • Supervise nursing department staff performance; assist with completion of annual evaluations.
  • Initiate disciplinary action of nursing department staff performance and floor nurses when warranted.
  • Hold unit meetings with nursing department staff performance as needed.

    • Requirements for Registered Nurse / LPN Unit Managers :

  • Graduate of an approved school of nursing
  • Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
  • Pennsylvania RN license preferrred or LPN License accepted
  • Supervisory experience preferred.

    • Registered Nurse / LPN Unit Managers can start as early as NEXT WEEK!
