Nursing home clerical experience

Prior experience as HR / Scheduler / Staffing Coordinator in nursing home setting preferred

Responsibilities
Be the face of the company at the facility level for all staff, from pre-hire to retire. A true Director of Human Resources (HR) would encounter these tasks on a daily basis :
Responsible for job postings, reaching out to applicants consistently and timely to ensure success in hiring
Vetting and onboarding potential hires
Responsible for all employee paperwork and entering employee information into the HR portal
Benefits coordinator
Main resource for company policy as it relates to employment
Review timecards and make final edits prior to payroll deadlines
Work with scheduler to ensure accuracy
Assist department heads with disciplinary process
