Some Responsibilities for Nurse Manager:
Lead and oversee one of our skilled nursing units.
Develop a collaborative and efficient workplace with specific attention to quality resident care.
Perform a range of duties including; maintaining the department, setting long-term goals, and overseeing record-keeping processes.
Assist nursing staff on floor when needed and rounding of staff to ensure teamwork among the entire nursing unit and leading nurses by example.
Requirements for LPN or RN Nurse Manager:
Valid Nurse license
Positive and upbeat attitude
In-depth knowledge of legal policies and regulations in the healthcare industry with a concentration in Dementia Care.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
PCC knowledge
