WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
As our Insurance Coordinator, from the moment you start your day, you're the backbone of our practice's insurance operations. You verify insurance benefits with accuracy, ensuring patients have a clear understanding of their coverage. As the day flows, you expertly submit claims and follow up on any outstanding ones, keeping processes seamless. With your bilingual skills, you connect effortlessly with patients and teammates, making sure no detail is missed and every interaction leaves people feeling confident and cared for.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- 2 years minimum experience in dental insurance verification, claims, and benefits
- Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Dentrix software experience
