ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a full-time, in-office position located in Aventura, FL. Your schedule will be:
- Monday through Thursday from 8 AM to 6 PM
- Friday from 8 AM to 1 PM
As the Dental Insurance Manager, your primary responsibility will be managing the insurance process from start to finish. You'll verify patient insurance benefits, ensuring all information is accurate and clear. Throughout the day, you will submit claims, track their status, and follow up as needed to resolve any issues. Your bilingual proficiency will be key in ensuring effective communication with patients and team members. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will contribute to the smooth operation of our practice and enhance our patients' experience.
To qualify for this exciting role, you must meet the following requirements:
- 2 years minimum experience in dental insurance verification, claims, and benefits
- Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Dentrix software experience
