As a Dental Receptionist, your day will be centered around managing the front desk operations of our practice. You will be responsible for scheduling and confirming patient appointments, answering phone calls, and providing exceptional customer service to all visitors. Your role will also include assisting with patient check-ins and check-outs, verifying insurance information, and ensuring all administrative tasks are completed efficiently. You will work closely with the rest of the team to ensure our patients' experiences are seamless and positive.
SCHEDULE
This is a full-time, in-office position that works the following hours:
- Monday to Thursday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Friday from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM
