- Assist with stock management, ensuring products are well-displayed and available for customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase floral arrangements and gift items effectively.
- Utilize POS systems for processing sales transactions efficiently.
- Support supervisory staff in training new employees on customer service protocols and store operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications
