The Director of Admissions leads census growth and collaborate all admission activities all while working side by side with the facilities Marketing Director. Aventura at Assumption Village is looking for a high-energy, outgoing individual who can develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, professionals, and the wonderful team at Assumption Village. Candidate will be an organized task manager for admissions to the facility and team support. Job Duties:
- Receiving admission referrals from local hospitals, the Cleveland Clinic, and community referrals.
- Deny or accept patients based off of care needs that the facility is capable of accommodating
- Coordinate all aspects of the admission including; insurance verification and insurance pre-certing
- Tour perspective Residents and Family Members of Aventura at Assumption Village
- Work with the facilities marketing director to ensure community communication reaches all referral sources
- Other various needs of the facility
