Some Responsibilities for RN Unit Manager :

  • Lead and oversee one of our skilled nursing units.
  • Develop a collaborative and efficient workplace with specific attention to quality resident care.
  • Perform a range of duties including; maintaining the department, setting long-term goals, and overseeing record-keeping processes.

    • Requirements for RN Unit Manager :

  • Valid Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Positive and upbeat attitude
  • In-depth knowledge of legal policies and regulations in the healthcare industry
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
