A progressive and growing feed company located around the Denison area is looking for General Labor employees to join their team immediately. This individual is responsible for a wide variety of production activities to help ensure a high quality product is going out to customers. This position will go fast so apply today!
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Batching Schedules and Production: Ensure that batching schedules are met and that production aligns with planned time lines.
- Manufacture Products: Follow formulations provided by the Corporate Office to produce all products accurately.
- Equipment Maintenance: Assist in maintaining equipment, including keeping installation, repair records, and preventative maintenance schedules up-to-date.
- Ingredient Receiving: Receive and unload ingredients from trucks at the manufacturing facility.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Keep equipment and work areas clean and well-organized.
- Compliance: Adhere to OSHA regulations, company safety rules, and policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Manufacturing experience, preferred
- Reading, writing, and mathematical skills at a high school level
- Mechanical aptitude
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate with a variety of individuals in an appropriate manner
- Ability to work in and promote a team environment
