Job Summary
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to oversee the quality of our Hydraulic Cylinders. This role involves ensuring that all products meet high standards of quality, safety, and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Analyze data and identify trends to optimize quality and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field
- Strong knowledge of quality management principles and practices
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Working Hours:
Monday - Thursday: 6:30 am - 5:00 pm
Fridays and occasional Saturdays: OT as needed
