Call Center Representative
$18/hour
Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm - will rotate Saturdays 9a-12 noon once hired onto company

In this role, you’ll assist customers over the phone with inquiries, problem-solving, and account support, all while providing professional and friendly service. Responsibilities:
- Answer calls for account questions and direct to the appropriate staff for further information.
- Assist members in filling out forms for services.
- Assist with debit card ordering and investigating possible fraudulent activity.
- Maintain file room in an orderly fashion by filing folders daily.
- Respond to requests for various duties relating to member services.
- Assist supervisor with data processing functions, paid outs, etc.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficient computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Pleasant, enthusiastic personality.
Compensation and Benefits:
- $18.00/hour
- Medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, Long Term Disability – once hired onto the company – subject to waiting period.
- Paid Holidays & PTO (based on accrued hour requirements) – once hired onto the company – subject to waiting period.
- 401k – once hired onto the company – subject to waiting period.
