Client Service Coordinator
$45,000-$55,000/annually depending on experience
Monday - Friday 8am-5pm

In this role, you'll analyze applications, offer technical support to clients, maintain policies and procedures, and generate reports. Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive data evaluation.
- Review applications.
- Prepare, review, and submit accurate regulatory reports in accordance with state and federal requirements.
- Develop, update, and maintain comprehensive policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and regulatory adherence.
- Offer guidance and assistance to clients in understanding and complying with governmental rules and regulations (training provided).
Requirements:
- Associates degree in accounting or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Customer service and customer relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Advanced computer skills including Word, Excel, and web-based online applications
Compensation and Benefits:
- $45,000-$55,000/year based on experience
