Customer Service Representative $18.00/hr.
Monday-Friday, 1st shift, Fall- Spring 5:45am-2:15pm Summer hours 7:00am -3:30pm M-F

Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound & outbound shipments and receipts
- Compiles, sorts, and verifies accuracy of data to be entered
- Tracks, traces and updates the status of incoming and outgoing shipments
- Engages with Customers and Clients
- Answer phones
- Assign trucks to door
- Control customer files
- Verify all materials and documents have been received
- Manage receipt of shipments of products
- Follow up with customers
- Complete call logs and reports
- Collaborates with other team members
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Experience Working in an office environment
- Inventory control experience a plus but not required
- Ability to read, count and do basic math
- Computer/data entry experience
- Ability to follow directions
- Organized
- Customer service experience
- High School diploma or GED required
