Foster Care Specialist
$37,000 - $40,000 Annually DOE
Weekdays/Weekends possible

As a Foster Care Specialist, you will be actively working with people on their road to recovery. You will be documenting and assuring compliance of the house and program rules/procedures. Responsibilities:
- Service Planning
- Assist with the recruitment of foster parents.
- Make presentations to community groups for awareness of programs
- Serve as a child advocate
- Provide regular support and technical assistance to foster parents.
- Develop and maintain a detailed record for each client
- Timely completion of documents meet established rules with agency regulations
- Shares the responsibility of 24-hour, on-call coverage to teaching parents, children, and their families.
Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age
- Successful completion of background checks/references including a valid driver's license.
- Willing to obtain an annual flu shot
- Some evening and/or weekend hours
- Must have a Bachelor's degree.
