Faculty Nursing Instructor
$60k /year
Monday – Friday during academic year
SUMMARY:
Ignite your passion for nursing education! Our client is searching for an energetic and insightful candidate for our Nursing Faculty Instructor position. Play a vital role in shaping the compassionate and skilled nurses of tomorrow. This is a nine-month appointment during the academic year.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- In-person teaching in the undergraduate, pre-licensure BSN program.
- Overseeing students in simulated and clinical settings, providing guidance and evaluating their performance
- Collaborate to create and update course content, syllabi and instructional materials
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master’s degree in nursing required.
- Doctorate degree preferred.
- Eligible for Iowa nursing license. License must be unincumbered.
- Experience with evaluations process and curriculum development a plus
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- $60k-63k/yr
