Responsibilities will include:
- Entering trades, processing invoice and other transactions for the department and client accounts.
- Reconciling statements, department cash, assets and accounts.
- Assisting with insurance, data entry, generating monthly reports, mailings, and assisting customers.
Requirements:
- 4 year degree in accounting or related field or 2 - 3 years of related experience
- Strong communication and accounting skills
- High proficiency in Excel & other computer skills
- Personable, professional, detail-oriented, organized
- Able to multi-task and meet deadlines
