Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Audio-Visual Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining audio-visual equipment for various events and projects. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve AV issues efficiently. Additionally, the candidate will have responsibilities as a Mobility Technician, providing support for mobility solutions and technologies.

Please note that this position requires passing a California Law Enforcement Telecommunications (CLETS) background check, and authorization to work in the United Stats (see below for specifics)

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Proven experience as an Audio-Visual Technician or similar role.
• Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting audio-visual equipment and systems.
• Strong understanding of AV signal flow and connections.
• Provide support for mobility solutions, including setup, configuration, and maintenance of mobile devices and related technologies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to mobile devices, applications, and connectivity.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Relevant certifications or degrees preferred.
• Experience working with vendors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
