Job Summary :
This position is responsible for supporting various hardware / software projects and equipment including server hardware, operating systems and applications, storage , network hardware, and associated cable plant.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Administration and support of Office 365 Suite such as Microsoft Teams, One Drive, Exchange, SharePoint, Azure Active Directory
- Supporting internet applications including firewall / proxy, Office 365 Suite, www
- Manage cloud storage, Microsoft Azure
- Supporting server hardware and software infrastructure
- Undertaking routine preventative measures and implementing, maintaining, and monitoring network security
- Managing Active Directory user and computer accounts, groups, permissions, and privileges
- Supporting routed / switched networks across multiple sites and with centralized internet connectivity
- Performing routine preventive maintenance and disaster recovery procedures including backup / restore
- Analyzing and resolving hardware, software and network faults
- Working closely with other departments / organizations and collaborating with other IT staff
- Planning and implementing future IT developments and undertaking project
- Perform other duties as assigned.
