Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Transaction Processing Manager to lead our team in delivering high-quality digital services. In this role, you will be responsible for managing staff, coordinating projects, and maintaining customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- General Program Management
- Oversee the Indexing work group to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
- Assign and distribute projects, including full-service indexing, verification, and historical transcription.
- Administer the PPA platform and monitor user activity.
- Full-Service Indexing
- Coordinate full-service indexing processes with town, city, and county clerks.
- Update and maintain individual account specifications.
- Monitor daily logs and production.
- Historical Indexing and Transcription
- Review and assess new sales orders to determine project scope.
- Collaborate with customers to establish preferred indexing methods.
- Set up indexing fields for new customers based on their system requirements.
Qualifications
- High School or equivalent; college preferred.
- Extensive professional experience in land records indexing, digitization, or records management, with team supervision.
- Proven experience in supervising teams, strong understanding of indexing processes, and excellent organizational skills.
