Duties and Responsibilities:
- Engage in direct conversations with customers to understand their needs, pain points, and expectations, ensuring the product aligns with market demands.
- Prioritize product backlog, balancing customer needs, business strategy, and technical considerations to create a clear roadmap for development.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to establish detailed requirements for future releases, translating customer insights into actionable development tasks.
- Actively participate in testing, ensuring that features meet quality standards, customer requirements, and align with the overall product strategy.
- Oversee customizations to the delivered application, working closely with development teams to tailor the product to specific customer needs without compromising core functionality.
- Serve as a liaison between development, support, and customers, ensuring smooth communication and alignment of goals.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and review meetings, ensuring alignment with product goals and timely delivery.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience as a Lead QA Analyst.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, agile methodologies, and the role of customization in product delivery.
- Proven ability to engage with customers, gather insights and translate them into actionable development tasks.
- Experience with testing methodologies and tools, ensuring quality and alignment with customer needs.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams, including development, sales, support, and customers.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks, make informed decisions, and drive product strategy.
- Experience on customer delivery teams
- Experience in the Justice industry or domain related to Court Management products.
- Experience with using Azure DevOps for work management
- Reliable high-speed internet for a remote working environment
- An at-home noise level in the work environment that is usually moderate as the employee works in an office setting, at an individual workstation, using telephone and computer
- Must be capable of maintaining a stationary position for most of the day.
- Regular operation of computers and office machinery, with occasional movement within the office.
- Frequent communication via telephone.
