- Monitor daily logs and production to maintain 24-48 hour turnaround times.
- Collaborate with customers to establish preferred indexing methods and set up RDP connections on remote servers.
Qualifications
- High School or equivalent; college preferred.
- Extensive professional experience in land records indexing, digitization, or records management, with team supervision.
- Proven experience in supervising teams, strong understanding of indexing processes, and excellent organizational skills.
