This position requires the candidate to reside within a commutable distance to Fairfield, CA. Applicants who are not currently located in or near Fairfield, CA and are unwilling to relocate will not be considered for this position.
Job Summary :
Act as the primary point of contact for users seeking technical support, resolving IT-related issues with hardware, software, and network access by troubleshooting problems, providing solutions, and ensuring timely assistance through phone, email, or online ticketing systems, while maintaining accurate records of incidents and service requests to identify trends and improve overall user experience; often requiring strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Managing help desk tickets
- Providing solutions and advice on technical issues
- Creating manuals for technical training
- Using feedback from customers to improve problem-solving techniques and customer service
- Responding emails and calls on technical issues
- Documenting and analyzing technical issues and customer interactions
- Attending training sessions to stay current with best practices on how to help customers with technical issues
- Perform other duties as assigned.
