Role Description
This is a full-time role for a State Tested Nurse Aide (STNA) at Avenue at North Ridgeville, located in North Ridgeville, OH. The STNA will provide direct client care under the supervision of nursing staff by assisting residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, mobility, personal hygiene, and eating. Additionally, the role includes monitoring resident statuses, reporting any changes in residents' conditions to the nursing staff, and ensuring a clean, hygienic, and safe environment.
Qualifications
- Ability to openly communicate with families, residents, and co-workers.
- Work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Monitor and document ADL's and changes in a resident's status in Point Click Care.
- Physical stamina to assist residents with mobility and daily activities.
- 12 hour shifts; Every other weekend is required
- Valid State Tested Nurse Aide (STNA) license.
- CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
- Previous experience in a long-term care or healthcare setting is beneficial.
Pay Range
$20.00 - $27.00 per hour based on experience.
