We are currently seeking a dedicated and friendly Licensed Practical Nurse who is passionate about providing excellent patient care.

Your Role : As a charge nurse, your primary responsibility will be to deliver direct nursing care to residents while overseeing the daily activities of nursing assistants. Your leadership will ensure that care adheres to the highest standards, regulations, and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities :

• Monitor residents' health, assess their needs, and deliver personalized care and advice.
• Observe and interpret symptoms, promptly communicating with physicians.
• Conduct routine procedures, including blood pressure checks and administering medications as directed.
• Utilize the point click care charting system for precise documentation.
• Administer medications and treatments in alignment with physician orders.
• Ensure the highest levels of hygiene and safety, including equipment decontamination and surface sanitization.
• Provide immediate medical care during emergencies.
• Supervise nursing assistants to promote effective care delivery.
• Create a nurturing and compassionate atmosphere for residents and their families.
• Enhance your skills by participating in monthly training sessions.
