Position Details:

• Role: BCBA (Independent Contractor, 1099)
• Clients: Children, adolescents, and adults with autism
• Services: In-home ABA therapy sessions
• Session Structure: 2-3 sessions weekly, typically 1.5-2 hours per session per client
• Location: San Antonio, TX, and surrounding areas
• Schedule: Fully flexible; set your own availability

Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and ongoing assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices
• Provide direct ABA therapy to clients in their homes
• Conduct parent training and equip families with strategies for lasting success
• Maintain and submit session documentation and progress reports to meet insurance requirements

Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required)
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a BCBA, with a proven ability to work independently and with families (preferred)
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for providing high-quality, individualized care
• Must be able to pass federal and local background check

Compensation:

• Competitive hourly rate commensurate with experience
